So, I thought I would recap October - a truly incredible month of living here at our house, and worth repeating.

We are now one-third of a way through the year and my fitness routine has fallen apart. I was doing fairly well through March but then Spring Break came and things went haywire. I need to once again get back into a routine and make more of an effort to stick to the program.
